She was extremely specific on what she envisioned as he perfect birthday event and Marisa pulled it off beautifully. After looking at several menu proposals from different chefs, Chef Cole’s menu was the most attractive to my spouse. Marisa was great to work with and communicated directly with me of specifics of the night, including items we wanted to add to her menu and Marisa was more than happy to pull it all together(including wine pairing suggestions!!). The night was wonderful, the guests we all blown away. Fresh ingredients were purchased and prepared by Chef Cole all in n our kitchen and delivered as described in our prior communications. All the guests were amazed at the salad, and puree, entree and Tart that Marisa prepared, then the home made ice cream topped off the extraordinary meal. Chef Cole came out for after each course was served and gave a description of each course and ingredients used. I must admit that being foodies, we were impressed and delighted with the food and service provided, and waking up to a clean kitchen really topped off the Birthday wishes.
